This exclusive menu celebrates the vibrant flavours and techniques of Mexican cuisine, elevated with flair and crafted using the finest Northumbrian produce. Begin your journey with a vibrant assiette of bold, flavour-packed starters—from zesty oysters aguachile and rich ox cheek empanadas to charred corn elote and a fragrant Yucatán lime broth.
The feast continues family-style with a generous spread of standout dishes: wood pigeon tacos with spiked guacamole and heirloom tomato salsa, indulgent venison chiles rellenos, and halibut al pastor infused with guajillo chilli, pineapple, and adobo. Served alongside traditional Mexican street corn, each dish showcases authentic techniques with a refined seasonal twist.
Refresh your palate with a Casamigos tequila, lime and chilli granita before finishing on a sweet note—crispy cinnamon-dusted churros with a rich, spiked dark chocolate ganache.
The evening is complemented by a specially curated Casamigos cocktail menu, featuring bold classics and signature serves—from mezcal-laced twists like the Old Fashioned and Mule to a vibrant Margarita selection including Tommy’s, Smoky, and Spicy.
